For CarNext we created a new inventory management system from scratch which helps to manage their fleet of around 200 000 vehicles, in 7 countries spread over 2500 locations. Having this system, enabled the split between LeasePlan and CarNext. This allowed LeasePlan to sell CarNext to constellation group for +-2B.

My responsibilities were the following;
- Programming the front-end application from scratch
- Writing stories + Technical analysis
- Organising and giving bi-weekly demo's to stakeholders
- Occasionally taking up scrum roles (refinement, stand-up, retro, ...)
- Guiding/pair-programming/reviewing junior developers
- Deploying the new cloud environment using Amazon S3, CloudFront and Terraform
- Wireframing/creating mockups for the user interface
